After my post a while back about making terrariums, several of you mentioned that you have tried making your own. So, I thought you would enjoy these. From afar, they look like the usual pretty collection of rocks and moss often found in terrariums. But, get a little closer to one of Twig Terrariums’ creations…
…and you will find intimate settings that create a magical feeling.
I am a big fan of using items unexpectedly. This dessert stand (above) as a terrarium setting, does just that.
Twig Terrariums also carry DIY kits, ship nationally and hold workshops/classes out of their studio in Brooklyn, NY. But, if you want to try your own hand at converting an existing terrarium, you could hit up a hobby store for figurines and complete your own transformation.
Oh, and if you feel like sharing, I would love to see pictures of your terrariums!

These are so adorable and fun. I have seen tiny figurines incorporated in artwork but never in anything like these.
Thanks for sharing!
