But I’m back and with a home for us to tour…
The architect and original homeowner, Donn Emmons, designed the structure to embrace the outdoors and surrounding area. The interior is cedar clad and every space has a view to be enjoyed.
Now a rental property, the current occupants, designers Charles de Lisle and Ralph Dennis, fell in love with the grounds and the interior spaces, on the spot.

At 1,200 sq ft (111 sq m), the house is described by de Lisle, as “…an experiment in living smaller”. But with his background in furniture and interior design, no area ever comes off as cramped.
