A weekend home on the beach? Yes, please. Yes to weekend getaways and yes to the beach- all day long.
Today’s house tour takes us to such a place. This home located on the coast of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The design of the interiors was kept as a family affair, with the homeowner’s sister (who happens to be an architect), taking the helm. And although the architecture of the home is fairly modern, several elements are used to warm up the spaces. For example, furnishings and lamp fixtures using warm wood tones are used throughout and do a great job of softening things up.
