We got snow again yesterday.
But, I’ve decided to take a note from my orchids. Seems they didn’t get the memo about Spring being put on hold. My smaller orchid plant has even bloomed despite the fact that I am pretty sure I broke injured the stem. So, from here on out, homestilo is focusing on warm thoughts too.
Winter, this is your last appearance here. Adios (and good riddance!)

Here here! We got snow too and I’m soooo tired of it (even though I’m going skiing this weekend – not sure why now – ha!). Pretty orchid π

I am so tired of clearing snow and salty pant-bottoms. Your orchid is really pretty! At least you have that blocking your view of the snow.

Warm thoughts coming your way! We are experiencing warmer storms on the West Coast – hope it travels across the country to you!

At this point Cyndi, I would even dare take on a storm if it led to warmer weather.

My orchid bloomed too! I say this with some pride because I don’t have a green thumb and have managed to kill every other orchid I’ve owned. However, I’ve had this particular orchid for four years and it blooms every spring! I keep it on my kitchen window and my mother-in-law says that it likes the steam from the sink.
Anyway, I heard you all got some more snow, so I’m sending you warm thoughts.

I have two and I’m always thrilled to see them bloom again as well. Thanks for the ‘warm thoughts’!

Haha, I wish I too could say Adios, but spring seems to be in hiding here.
I did not comment on the one post you had before, but your view from your balcony is really nice. Even on winter.

Spectacular! Your orchid looks beautiful against the backdrop of snow. x

What a resilient orchid!! Those guys are notoriously fussy and particular. Warm thoughts should usher in warm weather! I’m on board with this plan.
