Yippie, it’s finally here: Halloween! I have an extra dose of excitement this year as my friend Claire and I have volunteered for the parade in NYC (post hurricane weather permitting). We have been assigned as puppeteers on the “Dragon” themed puppet(s) and I can’t wait.
But you already know that I’ve pretty much been celebrating Halloween all month long. Part of that has been finding ideas and inspiration via Pinterest. And yes, of course I have a Halloween board. Here are some of my faves from it.

I didn’t realize I haven’t been following your Halloween board! But now I am 🙂 Just in time for next year :p
PS. Love those lacey and white pumpkins!

Cool things. Very funny poster.
Wow you are volunteering on the parade. We saw it last year, so cool! Hope the weather permits.

No sorry that was Thanksgiving… never mind.

yes, the Halloween parade doesn’t get as much coverage/hype as the Thanksgiving parade

I’m sort of (okay, very) anti-Halloween but I love those white pumpkins with the black lace! Very sexy decor indeed. And I do love the feather wreath, it looks so silky and decadent. Happy Halloween! Hope you get to be in the parade!

Well, we are now on Day 3 of no power & the parade has been cancelled/postponed. Nevertheless, Happy Halloween all.

I hope you’ve had an awesome day Santa, I know how much you’ve been looking forward to it. That first home is very impressive, complete with an orange door! x

I love the bold gesture of that orange painted door. What a fun, and relatively affordable way to decorate for Halloween and the fall season!
