I stopped by the ABC Carpet and Home store last night for an event with Grace Bonney of Design*Sponge, hosted by Apartment Therapy. It was great hearing about Grace’s journey while enjoying a glass of wine and meeting some very passionate people in the process. Bonus: finally got the Design*Sponge at Home book AND got it signed!
While at the store, I did manage to snap a few photos. ABC is kind of amazing and, if you are ever in town, I highly recommend it. It is massive and truly has something for everyone. One minute you’re in a global bazaar (like you’ll see here), but, hop an elevator and you are surrounded by modern/contemporary furnishings.

I saw Grace down here at Terrain at Styers (just outside of Philly) a couple of weeks ago, which is also a pretty nice location. I have a soft spot for ABC. I wandered in there once when I was in high school and I was mesmerized! I haven’t been there in a long time, thanks for the eye candy. Also thanks for checking out my blog (from BYW).
