Today a look at an apartment in the city of Poznan in western Poland.
The Art Nouveau building in which it is housed, was built in 1903 for an industrialist. The current owners were ecstatic to find that it was in decent shape and with original details that they could preserve. Their historic restoration of floors, plaster and woodwork took over a year.
But the results were well worth it. They drew inspiration from Danish design and have furnished the 1075 sq ft (100 sq m) space thoughtfully.
