The home I am posting about today may seem ill suited for the current season. But, I ask you to consider two things:
(1) We are having an unseasonably warm Winter around these parts and (2) It is Summer in Brazil. So you see, this home makes total sense…
When I read the size, I had to double check. The area itself is not that big, about 915 squared feet (85 squared meters). But the smart division of spaces and the natural light, make it seem much more spacious. The interiors are a perfect blend of modern and mid century. Yet the clean lines and neutral color palette seem perfectly suited for the lush surroundings. And for the record, I’d much rather be in a warm Brazil Summer than a balmy NY Winter.

This looks like a really smart and well designed space. I wouldn’t mind just living in that gorgeous and airy bathroom!
