Where as last week’s beach house stuck to a nautical white + blue color scheme, in today’s home each room seems to be more colorful than the next. Where the wall colors are bold, the furnishings were mostly kept a bright white, creating a strong contrast.
One thing’s for sure, this 3 story home at the northern tip of Long Island, does not lack in personality.

The different types of seating are SO FUN! I like the kitchen table chairs – I wouldn’t know how to sit in them properly because of their funky backs

So I’m madly in love with that dining room table. But the chars sort of freak me out, like Rooth said! Also, that mermaid lamp is fierce!

I love the fabric on that living room chair and the colors of the kitchen are great. But, are those paint brush chairs in the kitchen?

I’ve never been to Montauk, but just read about it the other day and now here on your site…I think that’s a sign that I need to visit!

What a beautiful home! And that headboard is a DIY and it is such a reasonable price? That’s insane!

Well, clearly you find the chair fascinating… It is the Jenette Chair by Edra and can be found via Chaplins. The back is made of of about 900 flexible PVC stalks.

I really like this home. I usually like a white background with colour brought in to the furnishings and art, but this works really well. I love the mermaid lamp – my kind of quirky, fun. But I’m sure my 9 year old daughter would think the bare breasts were gross! 😉 x
