I really want to start getting into the habit of mapping out how, the rabbit whole that is the internet, leads me to certain places…
In any case, I recently came across General Store out of San Francisco and had to share.
The mix of items, which ranges from clothing to stationery to matches(?!), is nostalgic and I spy items here that would make lovely gifts. Their carefully curated inventory comes from new and vintage sources and involves local artisans as well.

I always think it would be fun to map those rabbit hole adventures too, but then I’d be embarrassed by how furiously I browse the internet, seemingly erratic and crazed. Haha. I love your finds though! I’m learning there are a lot of “fancy” matches out there that I never knew about.
Oh, what a great find! I could see myself buying everything from your round up and I didn’t even know I needed fancy matches until now. That bell would also look very good on my bike…

It’s amazing how you can so easily get side tracked on the internet, and end up somewhere completely unintended, but fabulous! This is a great find, I love the little jar of matches, so cute. x
