Hello there. Thanks to all of you, again, for the birthday wishes. It was a quiet one, as expected and that’s ok: I have high hopes for next year (you know, when I actually turn The New 30)!
I’m starting off the week with a look at another small apartment. This time in Barcelona where nook architects got busy and creative in this apartment measuring 620sqf/57sqm. Basically, the living room flows into the kitchen which flows into the dining area which flows into the bedroom. My favorite use of the space may just be in the first image above. On the way to the terrace, a step also serves as a built-in storage bench and a window seat.

That built in storage bench and window seat that leads to the terrace is totally genius. Hope you enjoyed your birthday and your weekend Santa!

It doesn’t feel like it’s all one long room because they’ve done such a good job defining each space (hello, the tile in the kitchen is my new favorite thing ever!). The use of space is just really smart overall. xo
