Today’s home is that of Grazia magazine style director, Paula Reed. The space has been designed in a way that is contemporary and pragmatic. In the living room, a large mirror cleverly placed reflects light from the floor to ceiling windows. A three row hanging rack and chalkboard in the kitchen help keep things practical and functional.
What I really like about this home is how…’real’ it feels. Not over stylized or too staged- as if we could all just show up, kick off our shoes and hang out for a while…Or do I feel that way because that is how it was styled? Either way, it gets my vote.

This house is so pretty…I love the huge mirror behind the couch, in my house as a kid we had a great mirror like this. Love it!

It’s a great home. I love that a home can still look fab, even when it’s got that lived in feeling, cos, let’s face it, we do live in them, they can’t always be perfectly tidy! I want, want, want, those bar stools! xxx
I like it too bec as u said it feels ‘real’ .. like the pic with the glass of milk on the white carpet. 1 shouldn’t live with fear of using our furniture/carpet/accessories 🙂 I am IN LOVE with the lucite/acrylic clear chair in the last photo – i looooove the curved arm. Luv it!!!
