Country road, take me home. Especially if said road leads to a home in the south of France and has views of the Cèvennes mountains. This home in Lourmarin, Provence has those views and is full of character to boot.
The owners opted to complement the stone colours found inside with muted purples and pinks and undertook renovations with local help. In fact, local craftsmen worked on every part of the home: from construction to furniture pieces like wicker chairs.

Oh the first picture from the inside area. Wow. It feels so fresh and even cold but it must be a wonderful place in hot south France.

Huge fan of French rustic. In fact, it inspired my tablescape for the dinner I’m having tomorrow. This home does not disappoint; So beautiful with the all the natural wood and stone.

My very small and unscientific survey says that Kate Spade used to be better before it was purchased by Liz Claiborne. I have an old bag that is still in perfect shape. Not sure I want to spend the money on a new one to find out!

As much as the decor are great, what stands out to me is the GORGEOUS FLOORS (like the mosaic floor in the bedroom – GORG! Maybe, bec I am revamping my kitchen floor soon. Oh, when I say ‘I” I mean hubby 🙂
