Originally a dairy farm, this building was turned into a block of flats. The attic space was converted into a penthouse with a gabled pitched roof supported by structural beams. To make the most of the 730 sq ft / 68 sq m space, the common areas where left wide open. Oak floors and white on the walls and ceiling, adding further to the open feel.
Santiago de Comostela is the capital of Galicia. One of its main attractions is its 11th century cathedral, which can be seen from the apartment.

That is so cute. I love the view out to the cathedral, and the bedroom looks so cosy – nice to sink your toes into that rug every morning. Vic xxx

Me encantan las sillas de metacrilato. En salones como ese, no quitan nada de espacio visual.

I’m convinced that it is seeing the plan in section that makes us think ‘cozy’?

Gorgeous! My favorites were the bookcases and the cozy bedroom with the fluffiest and softest looking rug I’ve ever seen 🙂
