Hello and Happy New Year lovelies!
Starting off the New Year with a look at some things I spotted last year (last month really)…seems counter intuitive, but stay with me on this…
1 Latkes! We were invited to a friend’s home for a Hanukkah feast where I inadvertently learned how to make latkes. They were just yum and I look forward to eating making them again sometime
2 This NYC candle. Fun to look at and scented …I could make an off-color joke here about the subway…but I won’t | r nichols $38
3 I am as taken by bowls as I am by baskets. And this steel wire bowl with it’s copper finish is no exception | nordstroms $50
4 This cutting board marries acacia wood and marble beautifully | el corte ingles €30

Happy New Year to you and your family Santa! Wishing you much happiness, good health and success in 2016! Latkes are so yummy. I’ve been making Korean style potato pancakes where the potatoes are finely ground and mixed with a touch of flour.

Next latke-making session we’ll get you gloves to protect you from the potato starch!

Ha! Thank you Karin, much appreciated.
And thanks again for letting us join you for Hanukkah!
