And there you have it, within a blink of an eye, Fall arrived, October is here and there are only 3 months left in the year. (and am I the only one who feels like she is way behind on Christmas shopping?!)
Here’s our monthly look at some yummy (mostly) home finds for the month of September.
1. I finally got myself some washi tape. The gold dots and red tape above were among the trio I nabbed over at the washi shop | $2.50/ea
2. Loving the sleekness of this votive holder- it also makes me think of the (just around the corner) holidays | dwell studio | $38
3. A visit on Inspiration Cooperative last week led to a visit to the Rifle Paper Co site where I spent way too much time- but, love this card set | assorted insect set | rifle paper co | $16/set of 8
4. The lid on this stoneware pot doubles as a plate for your cookies | tea pot by adonde | vitrine | $95
5. I am just now discovering the lovely and crazy talented Ms. Caitlin McGauley. And this print from her blog makes me look forward to Fall even more | emerson fry coat as sketched by caitlin mcgauley

Nice round up! I bought my first washi tape recently as well but didn’t use it so far. Haven’t even thought about Christmas presents yet and I am someone who always buys the last two presents at the last minute. So I would say you still have time 😉

I obviously have a shopping addiction: I recognized that sketch as being from the Emerson Fry collection before I read the notes at the bottom. I do love it though, the coat and the watercolor. Insanely talented is right! Happy October!

These are all really great, that tea pot is so cool. I have not heard of the coat or the sketch so I am off to check it out because it’s wonderful and I want to see more, there’s more, right? xx

I really love that watercolor. I kind of wish I was better at it, it seems so effortless until I try it.

So much to love here! I’m a washi tape fan too and have several rolls; I love Caitlin’s print and I will be hopping over to her blog next; and I think the stoneware pot with the little plate for the cookie is adorable. x

I’m yet to get my hands on some washi tape but I am going shopping this weekend – and I am definitely going to keep my eye out for that beautiful pot!

Garsh, that votive holder is just gorgeous! Is it bad that I’m already thinking of table settings for Thanksgiving?
