Carolin Löebbert is a young German artist based out of Hamburg. Her illustrations are bright and vivid (just what I need on a Monday). Although she has a range of mixed media art, I really enjoy her portraits compiled of elements found in nature. Like the one above of Japanese pop star, Hikaru Utada.
I love her illustrations, they are bright as you say and truly inspiring.
