Now that the Thanksgiving weekend has passed, my mind is in full on holiday mode (and that means homestilo is in full on holiday mode too.) Spending time with family and friends, being thankful and reflective- those are all great parts of the holidays. But another (and my favorite) part are the decor and gift wrapping.
So pretty! I’m in the middle of decorating… we started on Friday! lol That’s what happens when the kids “help”. 🙂

I have my daughter’s and my Dad’s birthdays this w/end, and then I will be focussed on Christmas. I can’t wait to put up the tree and start decorating. Thanks for the ideas – love the peppermints, although I think three sets of little fingers would get to them before the big day at our house! xxx

The gifts and decor are two of my favorite things about the holidays as well. That first room is gorgeous! I’m also loving the peppermint-as-decoration idea.
