It’s been a while since I did an “old, meet new” post. This is a 16th century home located in the northern region of Lombardy, Italy. The open spaces comfortably accommodate the large scale of the furnishings and art work. In some of the spaces, old stone walls serve as a backdrop, while gable ceilings hang above. Many of the furniture pieces are, appropriately so, from B&B Italia.

What a gorgeous home, I love an old house infused with modern decor and remodeling! It’s just the coolest thing ever!
I’m not into uber modern homes but this is the perfect marriage between new and old! I especially adore the bedroom and those gorgeous stone walls 🙂
