It’s been a while since I did an “old, meet new” post. This is a 16th century home located in the northern region of Lombardy, Italy. The open spaces comfortably accommodate the large scale of the furnishings and art work. In some of the spaces, old stone walls serve as a backdrop, while gable ceilings hang above. Many of the furniture pieces are, appropriately so, from B&B Italia.

I really love the wire ceiling hanging. Is it a light or a piece of art? Either way it is fascinating!!
