The dipping trend is still going strong, and I am fan. Recently I came across this dip diy project for wooden utensils via Pinterest and it immediately shot to the top of my projects-to-do list (and it’s a long list so this is saying a lot).
So I thought it’d be fun to gather a few other DIY projects involving this trend to share with you.
Just be sure to click on the link/image to get to the detailed how-to’s of it all. And do let me know if you take a shot at any of these!

I love dipping candles. I went to school near Yankee candle and they let you dip your own. They are much more modern with the pillar candles though, they had us do tapers.

How cool is that?! Actually, when I saw this I thought “…ooh, I wonder how cool this would be with tapered candles…”

How fab! I especially love the ‘dipped’ wooden spoons, the pretty pastel colours help of course! Thanks for the great DIY idea!

I am loving the two toned ‘dipped look.’ I could really use a basket like what you featured to hold all of my magazines!

This is why I love your blog Santa! You always find things that make me say WOW out loud! I adore the dipped spoons, I don’t think I can look at my boring old wooden spoons the same any more!

Brilliant – I love the paint dipped look. I’m going to try the candle one, and hope (fingers crossed) that our next casserole doesn’t taste like crayons 😀 xxx

I love the dipping trend makes me want to jump right in and dip something in color too! Wish a day could have more than 24 hours so I can get started on my big list of things I would love to do…

Tell me about it. I think I would be good with an extra 4-6 hours a day.
