Hello and Happy Friday!
So, on Tuesday it was nearly 60F/16C, and yesterday- back to 25F/-4. Seriously, this schizophrenic act that the weather is pulling is making me batty. I’ve decided to will warmer and friendlier temperatures via the blog. I’m just going to pretend I never got the memo about how freakishly unSpring this Spring is starting out to be. Who’s with me?!
I really am ready for succulents, roses and all kinds of blooms. Ready for parties in the backyard with strings of light hanging above…ok, forget Spring. Maybe it’s Summer that I am actually ready for…

we got spring here over night last week. woke up one morning to blooms galore! and all week we have been in the 60’s with a bit more to come. of course i am taking it all in while we are getting it because soon it will be back to rain and grey skies – still much prettier with the flowers blooming. this back yard is gorgeous!

these blooms are so pretty! definitely have me in the spring mood, especially with the temp reaching the 80’s this weekend in florida!

I’m totally with you – it’s FREEZING out today and I’m truly over it. It’s the middle of March!
I am loving hearing about all the good weather! I totally forgot (temporarily) how exciting spring was, especially when you have had such a long winter. Even though we are heading into winter, I still feel all spring-like looking at these pics.

That backyard is PERFECT. The string lights, the flowers, the cozy pillow on the bench. All I’d need is some mosquito repellent candles to make sure I don’t get eaten alive 😉 That’s the one thing I’m not looking forward to (well, and being sweaty and breaking out), the bugs! I finally get a break in the winter from all the mosquito bites! xo
Agreed, Summer would be much more enjoyable without the mosquitos/bugs.
This weather is driving me nuts too! I can’t wait until it’s warm enough to throw some outdoor dinner parties!
It was hailing when I got out of my car this morning. Yep, H-A-I-L. It’s crazypants weather! Blogs (pretty pics) like yours makes it seem like spring/summer yaay!
